保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 Unrip is part of the SMN complex that plays a role in snRNP assembly in the cytoplasm and pre mRNA splicing in the nucleus. Unrip interacts directly with Gemin 6 and Gemin 7 in the SMN complex. It is associated with the complex in the cytoplasm but not in the nucleus and thus is thought to play a role in it's subcellular localisation. It is a ubiquitously expressed protein that acts as an inhibitor of TGF-beta signaling and an important regulator of cell proliferation. Stable expression of STRAP results in activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular signal-regulated kinase pathway and in down-regulation of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor p21 (Cip1), which results in retinoblastoma protein hyperphosphorylation. Upregulation of STRAP might play a role in tumor development as an early event for colorectal cancers. It is the first component of the U snRNP assembly machinery that associates with SMN complex in a compartment-specific way and plays a crucial role in the intracellular distribution of SMN1.
Function : The SMN complex plays an essential role in spliceosomalsnRNP assembly in the cytoplasm and is required for pre-mRNAsplicing in the nucleus. STRAP may play a role in the cellulardistribution of the SMN complex. Negatively regulates TGF-betasignaling but positively regulates the PDPK1 kinase activity byenhancing its autophosphorylation and by significantly reducing theassociation of PDPK1 with 14-3-3 protein.
Subunit : Part of the core SMN complex that contains SMN1,GEMIN2/SIP1, DDX20/GEMIN3, GEMIN4, GEMIN5, GEMIN6, GEMIN7, GEMIN8and STRAP/UNRIP. Binds directly to GEMIN6 and GEMIN7. Associateswith the complex in the cytoplasm but not in the nucleus. Alsointeracts with CSDE1/UNR and MAWBP. Interacts with PDPK1.
Subcellular Location : Cytoplasm. Nucleus. Note=Localizedpredominantly in the cytoplasm but also found in the nucleus.
Similarity : Belongs to the WD repeat STRAP family.
